Physical fitness refers to the ability to function as healthy human beings with energy and alertness in all daily activities. There are many places to learn about fitness, but the most common resources are easily found and can be used by anyone. These resources include libraries, the Internet, a physical fitness instructor, or a health teacher. Libraries contain vast amounts of information about health in general and physical fitness in particular.
